The 2027 rates page lists Peewee/Junior ages 4½–8 (rising K–3), Senior ages 8½–13 (rising 4–8), and a separate UES Leaders in Training program for ages 14–15. Confirm placement at age/grade boundaries.

The 2026 brochure describes swimming three or four days per week, combining instruction and recreation. Other activities include team sports, art, dance, science, theater and yoga. A sample day alternates activity periods with lunch, swim and group time; it is an example, not a promised 2027 timetable.
