Younger-child example

Panther Day Camp, rising K–2: June 22–July 10 or July 13–31, 2026, 9am–3pm, $1,950 per three-week session plus $100 registration. Must be five by September 30.

Discovery, rising grades 3–7: same three-week dates/hours, $1,950 plus $100 registration; campers select workshops. Weekly specialty rates differ.

Lunch $40/five-day week. Care 8–9am $100/week; 3–5pm $200/week, prebooked with no routine drop-ins. Bring snack/water; packed lunches are not refrigerated.

Transportation matters

Complimentary buses serve 9am–3pm camps. Generally mandatory except rising kindergarteners and siblings eligible for carpool; nearby Evermay residents may walk/bike. Confirm extended-care travel arrangements.

Refund deadline April 21, 2026, excluding nonrefundable deposits/registration. From April 22, no refunds including meal/care add-ons; transfer requests incur $25 and do not generate refunds.
